Day to Day Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Arusha
Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport and transfer to your hotel in Arusha. Take the rest of the day to relax and acclimate to the local environment. Overnight at your hotel.
Day 2: Arusha – Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park. Enjoy a full day of game drives, spotting elephants, lions, and other wildlife. Have a picnic lunch in the park. In the evening, return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 3: Tarangire National Park – Ngorongoro Crater
Depart Tarangire and drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a day of game viewing. Enjoy a picnic lunch while taking in the stunning scenery. Spend the night at a lodge near the highlands.
Day 4: Ngorongoro – Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, head to Serengeti National Park. Spend the day exploring the vast plains and searching for the Big Five. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the park. In the evening, arrive at your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 5: Serengeti National Park
Enjoy a full day of game drives in Serengeti National Park. Consider an optional hot air balloon ride at dawn for a unique view of the landscape and wildlife. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 6: Serengeti National Park
Continue your adventure in the Serengeti with another day of game drives. Explore different regions of the park to maximize wildlife sightings. Enjoy meals at your lodge and spend the night in the Serengeti.
Day 7: Serengeti – Arusha
After breakfast, depart from the Serengeti and drive back to Arusha. Enjoy the scenic landscapes along the way. Arrive in Arusha, check in to your hotel, and spend the evening at leisure. Overnight at your hotel.
Day 8: Arusha – Zanzibar
Transfer to the airport for your flight to Zanzibar. Upon arrival, you will be met and taken to your beach resort. Spend the rest of the day relaxing on the beach. Overnight at a beachfront hotel.
Day 9: Zanzibar – Stone Town
After breakfast, take a guided tour of Stone Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Explore its narrow streets, visit local markets, and see historical landmarks. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant and return to your hotel for leisure time on the beach.
Day 10: Zanzibar – Spice Tour
Experience a spice tour in the morning, visiting local farms to learn about Zanzibar’s famous spices. After lunch, spend the afternoon relaxing at your hotel or on the beach.
Day 11: Zanzibar – Snorkeling/Water Sports
