Day 1: Arrival in Arusha

Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) or Arusha Airport, where our safari representative will meet you and transfer you to your hotel. After a briefing on the safari itinerary, you may opt for a city tour of Arusha to explore local markets and historical sites. Enjoy a relaxing evening and overnight stay at a luxury lodge in Arusha.

Day 2: Arusha – Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park, a 2-hour drive from Arusha. Spend the day exploring this diverse park, known for its large elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and diverse wildlife. Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park before continuing with game drives. In the evening, drive to Karatu for an overnight stay at a lodge.

Day 3: Tarangire – Lake Eyasi (Cultural Experience with the Hadzabe & Datoga Tribes)

Depart early for Lake Eyasi, home to the indigenous Hadzabe and Datoga tribes. Spend the day immersed in their way of life, joining the Hadzabe on a traditional hunting experience and learning about the blacksmithing skills of the Datoga people. Day 4: Lake Eyasi – Serengeti National Park (Central Serengeti)

Day 8: Karatu – Mto wa Mbu Cultural Tour

After breakfast, head to Mto wa Mbu, a vibrant village offering an authentic cultural experience. Take a guided tour through banana plantations, local farms, and bustling markets.
